Duro-Last
Duro-Last is the premium roofing solution that offers solutions for a large variety of customers.
With high quality products that remain durable and watertight, customers don't need to worry. Custom
prefabricated parts can suit a large variety of jobs, making Duro-Last the best solution for everyone.
- Keep business running as usual. Installation is quiet and safe, without loud machinery,
hazardous materials, noxious fumes, open flames, hot tar, or mess. A new Duro-Last roofing system can
often be installed over an existing roof without an expensive tear-off, virtually eliminating debris
that could disrupt building activities or damage sensitive equipment.
- Backed by the industry's best warranties. Duro-Last is so confident in the durability of our
roofing systems that we protect commercial and industrial installations with the best warranties in the
industry. Our standard 15 year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty is transferable, has no exclusions for ponding
water, and provides coverage against consequential damages that result from defects in the Duro-Last material.
Duro-Last also has 20 year warranties available.
- Energy efficient roofing solution. Energy conservation has become an important element of everyday
life at home and in the workplace, and Duro-Last recognizes the significance of producing a product that is
highly energy-efficient and will deliver real utility cost savings.
- Customly prefabricated. Every Duro-Last project is pre-fabricated to fit each roof precisely. By
performing 80-85% of the membrane welding in a controlled factory environment, Duro-Last reduces the potential
for rooftop installation errors and leaks drastically.
- Durable. The Duro-Last roofing system is fire retardant, resistant to chemicals, grease, high winds
and punctures, and easily accommodates wide temperature extremes. Once installed, a Duro-Last roof is watertight
and virtually maintenance-free.
- Watertight Integrity. The Duro-Last vinyl roof membrane is a proprietary thermoplastic formulation
consisting of PVC resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, biocides, flame retardants and U.V. absorbents. A weft-insertion
knitted scrim that is laminated between two layers of PVC film gives the membrane it's strength and durability.
The Duro-Last membrane is available in white, tan, or gray.
